1. The Unit has Winstor image analysis system attached to JEM 1200-EXII Scanning Transmission Electron Microscope (STEM). All the images during their observation in STEM can be transferred and saved through this system on the floppy, optical disk and hard disk. Images can also be processed and analyzed through this system.
2. The High Resolution Transmission Electron Microscope, has also its image analysis system.
3. There are others software's located in the image analysis Lab (modules of Calidris and new version of Image-Pro Plus)
