LCSM [Laser Scanning Confocal Microscope System]

Radiance 2100 multi channel LSCM attached with upright and inverted microscopes.

Radiance 2100 is a highly innovative Laser scanning confocal microscope. It has maintenance free, fixed alignment optics to get the best and reproducible confocal scanning performance.

The system has 4-line Argon primary Laser (457, 477, 488, 514 nm), Red Laser diode (637nm), and He Cd (442nm) Laser.

Application- a wide variety of application for various users from Biology, Medicine, Pharmaceuticals and Material sciences.

Biorad's Radiance 2100 Multichannel System

  1. Confocal system with 3 prism enhanced photo multiplier tubes (PMT'S)
  2. 40 mw argon laser ( 457,477,488,514 nm)
  3. Blue Laser diode (405 nm)
  4. 1.5 mw green He/Ne laser(637 nm), all attenuated by AOTF
  5. Allowing upto 8 custom filter per PMT to be inserted without affecting alignment and performance
  6. Fast digital photon counting for weakly fluorescent imaging
  7. The scan head can easily be switched between upright and inverted microscopes
